📌 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Executive for a reputed premium bathroom fittings outlet in Silchar. Candidates with prior experience in sanitaryware, hardware, or building materials will be given preference.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements and preferences.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure proper product display.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service support.
• Handle billing and coordinate with the accounts team.
• Keep track of stock and assist in inventory replenishment.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or showroom sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sanitaryware or building materials (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and handle customer queries effectively.
• Proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and basic English.

• শোরুম পরিষ্কার রাখা ও সঠিকভাবে পণ্য প্রদর্শন নিশ্চিত করা।
• সম্ভাব্য ক্রেতার সাথে ফলোআপ করে বিক্রয়ে রূপান্তর করা।
• ক্রেতাদের সাথে সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং বিক্রয়ের পর সেবা প্রদান।
• বিলিং পরিচালনা করা এবং অ্যাকাউন্টস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
• স্টকের হিসাব রাখা এবং পুনরায় পূরণে সহায়তা করা।

• ন্যূনতম ১–২ বছরের রিটেইল বা শোরুম সেলস অভিজ্ঞতা।

• স্যানিটারি ওয়্যার বা বিল্ডিং ম্যাটেরিয়ালস সম্পর্কে মৌলিক জ্ঞান (অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য)।
